Refunds & Returns:

IMH Packaging offers customized packaging boxes and delivers them to the doorstep based on the customer’s instructions. To manage the timeline and appropriate delivery, make sure to inform the company 3 business days prior if the products are faulty or do not meet the specific requirements. 

Note: IMH Packaging only handles defective products in return or refund. 

Defects IMH Packaging’s Behalf

If the defect is confirmed to be the company’s fault, IMH Packaging will take responsibility for reprinting the entire order.

The company’s decision regarding the defect and its responsibility is final.

Customers need to send back the whole order to the company within 7 business days and pay for the shipping.

To help with the reprint process, customers need to provide proof of any defects, like digital photos or videos. 

Client-Side Defects:

In case, the defect in the order is due to the customer’s fault and claims a refund, the entire order needs to be shipped back to IMH Packaging. The refund will include all the costs including printing, billing, shipping, and setup. 

Order Cancellation:

After verifying the proof, the printing job is instantly forwarded to the press department. The customer has only 4 hours to cancel the order after approval. However, a 5% cancellation fee will be charged if the order is canceled after processing. The duration of the cancellation request is within 12-24 hours. 

No refund will be entertained once the order has entered the press. However, complimentary warehouse storage can be offered, and the order can be shipped when needed.
