1. Order Fulfillment & Delivery Timeline
Our total delivery time is calculated from the moment an order is placed until it reaches your doorstep. This is divided into two parts: Handling (Production) Time and Transit Time.
Order Cutoff Time:
12:00 PM (CST) - Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

2. Shipping Costs & Carriers
Shipping Cost: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. No minimum purchase is required.
Carrier Partners: We use premium express services including UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your custom packaging.
3. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has moved from production to our shipping department, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's website to monitor your shipment in real-time.
4. Shipping Restrictions & Delays
Service Areas: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is available upon request (contact us for a custom quote).
Address Changes: We cannot change the shipping address once production has started.
Unforeseen Delays: While we guarantee our production timelines, transit delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, or customs (for international orders) are outside of our control.
