By accessing or using the IMH Packaging website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.
Approval: Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all digital proofs before production. Once a proof is approved, IMH Packaging is not responsible for errors in spelling, graphics, or layout provided by the customer.
Ownership: You represent that you own the rights to any logos or artwork uploaded. You grant IMH Packaging a limited license to use the artwork solely for the production of your order.
All orders must be paid in full before production begins unless a separate credit agreement is in place.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, the price confirmed at the time of order placement will remain valid for that transaction.
Timelines: Standard production is 6–8 business days, followed by 2–3 days for transit. These are estimates and not guarantees.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IMH Packaging shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or the inability to use our website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
